📦 Shipping Policy

At Life Skills with Ryan, we are committed to providing quality resources and a smooth, stress-free shopping experience. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, pickup, and delivery:

1.  Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping notification when it’s on its way. During busy periods or promotions, processing may take a little longer—thanks for your patience.

2. đźšš Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)

We currently deliver within Australia only. Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues or remote delivery locations.

Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates:

Rates are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking typically activates within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. 🏡 Local Pickup (Port Macquarie, NSW)

If you're nearby, you can choose Local Pickup at checkout to skip delivery fees. Pickup is by appointment only and must be confirmed via email. You’ll receive a message when your order is ready, with instructions and time options for collection. Please wait for confirmation.

5.  Lost or Missing Packages

If you haven’t received your order within: 10 business days (Standard) 5 business days (Express) of your shipping confirmation, contact us with your name and order number. We’ll help track it down.

6.  Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your address when placing an order. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect details, you’ll be responsible for re-shipment costs. We will contact you upon receiving the returned package to arrange re-delivery.
